Have you noticed your horse getting sullen, reluctant, or starting to exhibit bad behaviors while saddling or riding? Have you had a professional saddle fitter examine your horse's saddle fit? If not, the saddle fit could be the reason your horse is becoming more and more uncooperative while saddling and/or riding. We all know saddle fitting a horse is the WORST! Get help here with Staci Saulter of Allegany Mountain Saddlery to help you understand how to make your horse more comfortable.

There is nothing better than having a specialist work directly with you and your horse in person. Staci has been saddle fitting horses specifically for Allegany Mountain Saddlery for more than 15 years. She will work with you and your horse to determine what will fit your horse the best by analyzing the trees, bar spread, length, and various other factors based on your particular horse's conformation.

Staci will bring a variety of the "Steele" brand trees used in the Allegany saddles to help determine what type fits your horse the best. Allegany Mountain Saddlery has a success rate of around 95% when it comes to creating and fitting a saddle to even the hardest-to-fit horses.

Staci will spend 45 minutes with each participant and their horse reviewing what will work best for them. You can bring more than one horse to this clinic if you so desire (additional fee per horse fitting).

Who can be helped by this clinic? Everyone! She will help give you the peace of mind that your current saddle fits correctly or what may be causing discomfort to your horse. If you don't currently have a saddle, she can help you understand what to look for in a saddle fit for your particular horse. Staci can also help you customize a saddle to you and your horse's specifications.

What will you gain from this clinic?

* How to determine if your current saddle fits your horse.

* If your horse is a "hard to fit" horse, Staci will be able to assist in determining what you need to fit him/her properly.

* What to look for when purchasing a saddle for your specific horse.

Staci provides you with no gimmicks and no false promises, with a money back guarantee that your U.S.A. made custom saddle (should you choose to go this route) will fit your horse.

The clinic fee is $275. If you do decide to purchase a saddle from Allegheny Mountain Saddlery, $200 of the clinic fee will go towards the purchase of your saddle.

If you would like more than one horse fitted for a saddle, the fee is an additional $200 (fee will go towards saddle fitting if you purchase one). Please contact Susan Williams directly if you would like to bring an additional horse.

If you would like to stay throughout the day to watch other horses being fit for a saddle, you may purchase a stall for $10 to house your horse while you observe the rest of the clinic.

Auditing is available each day for $10/day.

Lunch is not provided, however we may order subs, pizza, etc, so if you would like to participate in having food delivered, please bring money to contribute to lunch.

NOTE: You DO NOT have to purchase a saddle from Allegheny Mountain Saddlery to attend this clinic.
