Timing: early afternoon until dusk
🍷 Sunday Cocktail Party: Mingle with William Fox-Pitt and clinic participants. Each Sunday auditor ticket
includes admission (for 1 person) to cocktail party.
🔹 Monday March 10, 2025
🐎 Clinic Focus: XC and show jumping technique
Location: All-weather XDerby course
Timing: 9AM-5PM
🍽️ Monday Dinner with WFP: Enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere with William Fox-Pitt and clinic
participants. Each Monday auditor ticket includes admission(for 1 person) to dinner.

🔹$160 for 3 day ticket-Sunday + Monday + Tuesday (Includes admission to both Cocktail Party + Dinner with WFP)
Buy your tickets in advance! Day-of auditor tickets will be available for $100.

✔️ Submit your Entry, Payment, and Waiver via STRIDER.
✔️ If you are purchasing tickets for multiple people, we need to know each person's name, and everyone must sign a MDHT waiver.

❌Kindly understand there is NO outside photography or video of any kind permitted during the clinic. Please leave your cell phone off. We will have a professional photographer at the clinic.
Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person, but you must notify us in advance with the change. Any names NOT on our list (and anyone who has not submitted a waiver) will NOT be permitted to audit.
If the clinic is canceled, you will receive a refund minus incurred expenses.

Trailer Direction: From Washington D.C.--Approximate distance: 40 milesFrom Route 495, take Route 270 North, towards Frederick. Continue on Rt. 270 N, approximately 26 miles, to Exit 26 for Route 80 West, Buckeystown/Urbana. Turn right off the exit ramp, circling under Rt. 270 and continue on Rt. 80 W, approximately 1.5 miles to Park Mills Road on the left. Turn left onto Park Mills Rd. and continue straight for approximately 5.8 miles to the entrance on the right.
