Performance Directives
All entrants in this competition enter with the agreement that they have read and understand this OFFICIAL PRIZE LIST and agree to follow all the class specifications, requirements, directives, regulations, policies, terms and conditions herein.
• This show is for Amateurs only. Must be 22 years of age and have not trained any horse/rider combination for compensation. Please refer to USEF rules GR101, 1306, and 119.3
Entries:
• Online entries only. Enter online with Striderpro.com All entries must be complete with full payment and Required Documents (described below) to the Show Secretary, no exceptions. All entries must be RECEIVED by the closing date, see note below about late entries and fees. No class changes after closing date. Management reserves the right to return entries that are incomplete or inaccurate. No exhibitor is permitted to show until all fees are paid. Competitors will be subject to USEF Non – negotiable funds Rule (GR 1508.1).
• Required Documents: Coggins within a year of show date. Vaccination Report within six months of show date. This meets the requirements defined in USEF GR 845. Entry Agreements and liability waivers.
• NO MAIL-IN, TELEPHONE, DROPPED OFF, EMAILED OR FAXED ENTRIES ACCEPTED! ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.
• Late entries accepted, if scheduling permits, with a $75 late fee. Entries received after the closing date will NOT be given preference over entries received by the closing date. Scratches may be filled at the regular fee by horses already entered in this competition.
• Entry Confirmation: If you have not been notified of your status two weeks before the show, please confirm entry with the Show Secretary.
• Refunds: Before closing date - full refund less Processing Fee. After closing date - NO REFUNDS. “No refunds” includes but is not limited to stabling and overpayments, for any reason including cancellations due to Acts of God, acts of terrorism, inclement weather, and/or other emergencies. All qualified refunds will be made within 30 days of the end of the competition.
