Have you ever been interested in learning about the sport of distance riding? The Old Dominion Equestrian Endurance Association Organization, http://olddominionrides.com, along with Covered Bridge Farm, www.Facebook.com/covredbridgefarmmd, is offering a clinic to introduce you to endurance riding and a sport called Ride and Tie, www.rideandtie.org/. The clinic will consist of a seminar and mock endurance ride. You can elect to ride 4 miles or 8 miles in the mock endurance ride.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
7:00-8:00 AM Arrive, Park, Check In
8:00 AM Pre-Ride Briefing
Endurance
Ride and Tie
Q & A
8:30-9:00 AM Vet-In and then Tack Up (Trails Open)
Controlled Start- Ride 4 miles
Either finish your ride or have a vet check/hold and ride the next 4 miles
12:00-1:00 PM Lunch
Post Ride De-Brief

2:30 PM Clean Up Depart

Trailer Direction: From Duvall Rd., parking and arenas are immediately on the right. Large trailers please make wide turn. Trailers park on the left, auditors on the right. Signs will be available. Please remove all trash and nature.
