Performance Equestrian Pilates & Position Clinic Series 1
Join USDF Bronze/ Silver Medalist Natasha Sprengers-Levine and Jackie Bachor, pilates instructor & owner of True Pilates Millbrook for a rider position clinic on Sunday, November 19. Open to horse and rider combinations at all levels and disciplines, this clinic is aimed toward the betterment of muscle activation and position adjustments to help horse & rider achieve success. This clinic will take place at Merryfield Farm in Millbrook, NY, home of the True Pilates Millbrook studio.
FORMAT:
Your payment includes one 30-minute group mat Pilates class followed by an hour-long private or duet workshop session. The hour private or duet begins with a 10 minute riding evaluation followed by a 20-30 minute pilates session with equipment in Jackie's studio. Riders then reunite with their horses for a 20 minute riding lesson focused on applying those activated muscles to various figures and transitions.
There will be a 30-minute morning mat pilates class (8:15am) and a 30-minute afternoon mat pilates class (12:30pm). Please plan accordingly as your payment includes this component of the clinic.

Natasha Sprengers-Levine is a USPC Gradaute, USDF Silver & Bronze Medalist, and Intercollegiate Dressage Association National Champion with a dedication to happy, healthy equine athletes.
Whether your pursuit is classical dressage, eventing, fox hunting, hunters, jumpers, or equitation- a strong foundation and continued dressage training can benefit you & your horse.
Natasha has experience with young horses through FEI and has helped many combinations across disciplines to achieve their goals.

Ms Jackie has been a Classical Pilates Instructor for over 11 years. During her career she has taught a wide range of clientele, from NFL players to Broadway dancers.
She received her certification in 2007 from the highly recognized organization Romana’s Pilates™. There she gained the foundation of the exercises, philosophies, and and original heritage of the method handed down from the original creator of Pilates, Joseph Pilates.
Her education from this organization has always been the groundwork and resonates in her practice as she has developed it over the years.
Originally from Ulster and Dutchess Counties in upstate New York, she grew up an athlete as an Equestrian in competitions ranging from Junior Western to Eventing and Field Hunting Trials.
Her Pilates career began with her work at Equinox Fitness Clubs in Manhattan, New York as a Pilates Coordinator. She received an invitation to teach at True Pilates New York until leaving NY for South Florida Her practice in New York gave her the exposure and experience that offered her another opportunity with professional athletes in South Florida.
After accepting the offer she opened her first studio True Pilates Miami in 2011, a noteworthy accomplishment and a requirement to become a Level 4 Teacher Trainer for the Romana’s Pilates Organization. This allowed her to assist in Continuing Professional Education Seminars and Advanced Training Workshops. Her knowledge of joint structure and biomechanics was enhanced through her training in Muscle Activation Techniques™ MAT.
In addition to operating her own studio, currently, Ms Jackie is working in an integrated program with The Miami Dolphins Athletic Performance Department since 2015. She oversees the program, and is also highly regarded by members of the University of Miami Baseball team.
Her in-depth understanding of the neuromuscular system and joint mechanics combined with her passion for the art of Classical Pilates has helped hundreds with severe injuries. Her passion and ability to be in-tune with her clients’ needs and to continuously challenge them is what keeps them coming back.
