Organizer Notes

LIMITING THREE HORSES PER COMPETITOR.

This is a two-arena show. Run Time potentially 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Test Versions: Current Editions of USDF Intro, USEF Training – Fourth Level and any FEI and Para tests will be used.

Class and Judge Changes: Management reserves the right to split, combine, delete, or add classes. Management also reserves the right to add or substitute judges or make any changes required by circumstances.

Mandatory Office Fees:
• $55.00 Office Fee per entry.
• $23.00 USEF Federation Fee per entry. (Includes $15 for Drugs and Medication Fee and $8 Federation fee)

Class Fees:
• Opportunity and USDF Introductory - $40.00
• Training – Fourth level; Dressage Seat Eq; Materiale - $45.00
• FEI - $60.00
• Musical Freestyle - $65.00

On-Line Entries are processed through Striderpro.com. Individuals utilizing the online entry system for this competition do so with the agreement that they have read the OFFICIAL PRIZE LIST and agree to follow all the class specifications, requirements, and conditions in the OFFICIAL PRIZE LIST.

Documentation Required: You will be prompted for these in entry system
• USEF Waiver and Release of Liability
• USEF Entry Agreement
• USEF Vaccination Record Required with entry dated within 6 months of the show date. USEF - GR845
• Negative Coggins dated with in one year of the show date. Horse name on the entry blank must match coggins report and USEF / USDF documentation. USEF GR 907.3
• Copies of USEF and USDF Membership cards for Rider, Owner, Trainer, Horse, and Coach (if applicable) or USDF non member fees.
• A copy of Qualifying Test for Musical Freestyle.

Management reserves the right to return entries that are incomplete or inaccurate.
REFUNDS: Prior to closing date - Cancellations to those entries entered and confirmations sent prior to closing date will be refunded minus office fee + processing fees.

After Closing Date: NO REFUNDS will be given to CANCELLATIONS (including overpayments) FOR ANY REASON.

Management reserves the right to cancel any classes due to hazardous weather, Acts of God, accident, or emergency. Every effort will be given to reschedule with priority given to Qualifying classes.

No REFUNDS for cancellations due to hazardous weather, Acts of GOD, accidents or emergencies.

Stabling: None Available.

Food: A limited amount of snacks and drinks will be available at the show for sale. There is no other source of people food/drink available on the grounds.

DOGS: NO DOGS PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS. Please leave your dogs at home.

There is water available on the show grounds.

A show photographer may be available.

Arena Footing and Arenas:
• Competition arenas are set in Outdoor, fenced arenas and are Standard Dressage Arenas (20 x 60 m) with sand footing.
• All tests are ridden in fenced Outdoor Arenas.
• Warm Up – Sand footing in a Fenced, Outdoor arena
• Lunging is permitted ONLY in the designated fenced outdoor arena near the competition rings.

Times & Office hours:
• The show office will be open at 6:30 am on show day.
• The show could run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Provisional Ride Times will be posted at www.ovcta.org and Fox Village Dressage by 5pm Sunday the week prior to the competition date.
• Official ride times will be posted at 12 noon Saturday, the day before the show.
• Classes may be scheduled out of order.
• Dressage classes must be run in their entirety.
