William Fox-Pitt Clinic Options:
🔹 1-Day Clinic (Sunday March 9, 2025) @ $350– Focus on Cross Country: Work on your technique and improve your cross country on the Maryland Horse Trials competition course. This clinic is separate from the XDerby happening the same day in the all-weather rings. Auditors must have a paid ticket to watch/listen.
🔹Structure: 5 groups of four riders each. Be sure to specify your preferred clinic level on your STRIDER entry form! We can support BN- ADV.
🔹 The Sunday 1 Day Clinic is expected to begin early afternoon and run until dusk and will be held on the xc competition course. If you are auditing, your ticket includes access to the party- join us!
🍷 Sunday Cocktail Party: An exclusive social event on the evening of March 9th, where you can mingle with William Fox-Pitt and fellow riders. Riders and their grooms are invited.
🔹 2-Day Clinic (Mon-Tues, March 10-11, 2025) @$650–Jumping on all-weather XDerby course on Day 1, Cross-Country on competition course on Day 2. Auditors must have a paid ticket to watch.
Structure: 5 groups of four riders each. Be sure to specify your preferred clinic level on your STRIDER entry form! We can support BN- ADV.
🔹 The Mon- Tues 2 Day Clinic will occur 9AM-5PM each day. If you are auditing, your ticket includes access to the dinner-stay and join us!
🔹 Monday Dinner with WFP: A great opportunity for riders and auditors to network and enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere (access is included with rider and auditor fees).
TO ENTER CLINIC:
✔️Submit your Entry, Payment, Coggins, and Signed Releases via STRIDER. If you are stabling, add the muck deposit of $25

❗Docs: We need your signed MDHT release, valid/current Horse Coggins, signed USEA Educational Activity Release with your STRIDER entry.

Rider Options:
🔹$350 for the 1-day Sunday clinic, which includes 1 Groom/Auditor ticket and 2 Cocktail Party tickets on Sunday. Specify your preferred clinic level on entry form to ensure you are paired with the correct group.
🔹$650 for the 2-day Mon-Tues clinic, which includes 1 Groom/Auditor ticket and 2 Barn Dinner tickets for Monday night. Specify your preferred clinic level on entry form to ensure you are paired with the correct group.
Each rider entry includes: A PLUS 1/GROOM, who may audit the clinic & attend the evening social event.
You MUST add the name of your Plus One/Groom to your STRIDER entry if you plan to bring someone.
Stabling: $60 per day, $25 muck deposit required.
Auditor Tickets & Pricing:
$60/day (Sunday Auditors can attend the Cocktail Party, Monday auditors may attend the dinner
$115 for 2 days (Includes both Cocktail Party + Dinner with WFP- these will sell out quick!)
$175 for all 3 days (Includes both Cocktail Party & Dinner with WFP)
Please note: This event offers a unique educational opportunity with a legend in the sport and is separate from the Maryland Horse Trials XDerby on Sunday, March 9th. Auditor tickets are REQUIRED for anyone wishing to watch or listen to the instruction.

Only those with valid, paid auditor tickets will be allowed access to the event. Day-of auditor tickets will be available for $100.

Refund Policy:
Due to high demand, spaces are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled by another rider. If the clinic is canceled, you will receive a refund minus incurred expenses.

Trailer Direction: From Washington D.C.--Approximate distance: 40 milesFrom Route 495, take Route 270 North, towards Frederick. Continue on Rt. 270 N, approximately 26 miles, to Exit 26 for Route 80 West, Buckeystown/Urbana. Turn right off the exit ramp, circling under Rt. 270 and continue on Rt. 80 W, approximately 1.5 miles to Park Mills Road on the left. Turn left onto Park Mills Rd. and continue straight for approximately 5.8 miles to the entrance on the right.
